What is your Warranty Policy?

We are proud to guarantee our products against defects in workmanship for one full year or for 2000 hours of operation, whichever comes first, when used in accordance with written instructions and under normal operation conditions.

Any unit which proves defective during this period (excepting tooling or expendable items) will be repaired free of charge or replaced at the discretion of Sonobond.

Where can I have my Sonobond equipment repaired?

Once the warranty, and its free of charge repair provision has expired, we recommend you continue to use Sonobond to ensure the best results for your machinery repairs.  Simply email Repairs@SonobondUltrasonics.com for more information, including packing/shipping instructions, and to request a repair authorization number.

Where can I purchase replacement and spare parts for my Sonobond equipment?

Only Sonobond provides Genuine Replacement Parts for our equipment.  Although replacement and spare parts are available elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the quality or capacity of those parts to provide optimum performance for your Sonobond machinery.  We suggest you email Parts@SonobondUltrasonics.com for a free price quote and detailed information on the reliability of Genuine Sonobond Parts.
